Why isn't my takeaway/restaurant listed?

All our listings come direct from Thomson Local. You need to add your listing to the appropriate section through their service (completely free of charge!) and you'll soon see your establishment appear on our listings. click here to add or amend your listing.

 

I have a listed takeaway, but its not displayed. Why not?

Even if you have a listing on Thomson, its possible its in the wrong category!! The takeaways search searches only the 'takeaway food shops' category from Thomson Local. click here to amend your listing and ensure your takeaway is in this category to be displayed.

 

I don't have access to a scanner. How else can I get my menus onto your site?

Send us an email, or fill in our 'contact us' form and we'll send you instructions on how we can get these scanned for you, entirely free of charge.

 

I have menus, but they're not saved as images so Bitefinder won't let me upload them.

I'm afraid we keep this restriction in place for security. But - please just Email us those files, whether they're word documents, publisher files, adobe files etc. - we'll do the rest.

 

I've forgotten my user name and/or password. How can I get it back?

Fill in the forgotten details form and we'll instantly reply with an email detailing your new password and a reminder of your username.

 

Can we advertise on your site?
